Something about me
I have worked in the tourism industry for more than 15 years, gaining experience across every aspect of hospitality: from the operational management of hotels and resorts to the strategic direction of brand communication.
In 2016, I founded my own travel agency, which gave me a deeper understanding of the customer journey from the guest’s perspective.
Today, through my strategic consulting activity and with the support of my creative studio b2production, I help hospitality brands and tourism professionals grow through identity, consistency, and performance.
Every project starts from clear analysis and a holistic vision — transforming communication into a tangible competitive advantage.
In recent years, alongside my consulting activity, I have developed an intense focus on training and professional speaking.
I regularly participate as a speaker at international tourism and hospitality events, sharing strategies and insights to help brands and professionals build authentic and high-performing identities.
I also conduct workshops and masterclasses on brand strategy, visual storytelling, and hospitality marketing — always with a practical, results-driven approach.
Each session is rooted in real-world experience and designed to make strategic concepts actionable, helping participants turn ideas into measurable growth.
I have a clear
mission
To transform the vision of tourism entrepreneurs and professionals into communication strategies that build trust, create authentic connections, and generate measurable results.
I build relationships before strategies
I believe in the power of dialogue, listening, and co-creation. Every project begins with a genuine partnership based on trust, shared goals, and mutual growth.
I combine strategy, aesthetics, and method
Every piece of content is designed with a specific purpose: to enhance perceived value, strengthen reputation, and drive conversions.
I do work for measurable
results
We set clear goals, track data, and optimize every action; because beauty without strategy is never enough.
